Job summary

Meijer is hiring a Food Clerk in Michigan to deliver outstanding customer service in our Fresh departments. This role supports daily store operations with product knowledge, attractive displays, and efficient task execution. Overnight shift (11:45 PM – 8:15 AM) with weekend availability is required to help keep the store running smoothly.

You will engage customers, stock and rotate merchandise, and work across departments from Meat to Grocery while following safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to learn store technology (POS, scanners).
• Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, standing for extended periods).

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.

• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
