Job summary

Meijer in Michigan is seeking a Food Clerk to help maintain fresh, welcoming store aisles and assist customers across shifts, contributing to a fast‑paced, family‑oriented environment.

You will build positive connections with customers and teammates, stock and rotate products to meet standards, use technology to complete tasks accurately, and follow food safety, sanitation and quality procedures across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused presence with strong communication
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and move for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and use store technology
• Retail or food service experience helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates
