Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Housekeeper or Executive Housekeeper in private residences or ultra-luxury hospitality.
• Background in five-star hotel, resort, or European-style service preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and presentation standards.
• Experience with fine furnishings and luxury linens.
• Discreet, trustworthy and professional at all times.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly cleaning of all interior living spaces (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, staff areas).
• Complete evening reset and ensure rooms are immaculate and prepared for the following day.
• Provide turndown service for bedrooms and guest suites.
• Handle laundry, ironing, steaming, and wardrobe care.
• Maintain organization of closets, pantries, storage areas, and household supplies.
• Monitor inventories of linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to address presentation or maintenance issues.
• Assist with deep cleaning and seasonal organization.
• Coordinate discreetly with daytime staff for seamless operations.
• Follow confidentiality protocols at all times.
• Travel occasionally to other properties to ensure consistency of standards.
