Job summary

You will set daily production goals, manage performance, mentor staff and contractors, and ensure quality and schedule adherence while maintaining inventory and safety.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field and/or 5 years’ experience in print environment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record for leading teams and managing performance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work 12hr shifts.
• On-site work at Target headquarters location

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a production team in a fast-paced 24-7 environment.
• Set daily production goals and manage team performance.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to staff and contractors.
• Coordinate projects and training for team members and contractors.
• Monitor product and packaging quality and adherence to the production schedule.
• Maintain and purchase inventory of supply items; orient new personnel.
• Ensure safety practices are followed at all times.
• Complete tasks as assigned by Sr. Manager.
