Job summary

The Alabaster House in Atlanta is seeking postpartum doulas to support families with emotional, physical, and educational care, aligning with birth needs and schedules. You will work alongside a world-class maternal health team including physical therapists, mental health therapists, nutritionists, IBCLCs, and a concierge to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Completed certification from a reputable doula organization.
• CPR certification and liability insurance maintained.
• Availability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week in-person.

• Offer non-medical advice and practical help for childbirth and recovery.
• Assist with breastfeeding, meal prep, and family positioning as needed.
