What You Will Do

• Perform phlebotomy procedures, including blood collection via skin puncture and venipuncture
• Prepare specimens for laboratory analysis and maintain accurate medical records
• Follow all safety and infection control policies
• Maintain blood culture contamination rate at or below 3%
• Ensure proper blood volumes are collected for blood culture bottles
• Maintain patient identification during specimen collection
• Perform other tasks as assigned
