Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications safely, provide counseling, and immunize patients.
• Act as Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during shifts and coach the team.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory with a focus on cold chain integrity and accurate records.
• Support patient experiences through empathetic care and collaboration with the health care team.
• Assist in scheduling, training, and maintaining high performance and safety standards.
