Job summary

Talem Home Care is seeking an Overnight Caregiver in Boulder, CO 80301 to provide unskilled personal care and home support for clients in their home. You will act as a companion and ensure the space is clean, safe, and organized.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care with flexible scheduling and a respectful, supportive environment; prior home care experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Observe and maintain a safe home environment for the client.
• Assist with household chores: cooking, cleaning, laundry.
• Assist with outside errands and appointments as needed.
• Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients.
• Help with personal hygiene when not requiring skilled care.
• Maintain timely records of home visits.
• Attend client care conferences and agency meetings.
