Job summary

Whole Foods Market in New York, NY is seeking an entry-level Team Member to provide overnight support by receiving and preparing product, maintaining floor displays, back stock, and adhering to company standards.

You will deliver courteous service to customers and Team Members, perform opening/closing duties, follow health and safety rules, and participate in required trainings. Ability to lift 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Checks product to ensure it meets WFM quality standards.
• Accurately sorts and scans waste.
• Maintains production standards.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and food preparation areas.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Receives product from receiving location to sales floor or back stock spaces.
• Aids in receiving and sorting overnight deliveries for other teams.
• Provides excellent customer service and addresses customer needs promptly.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures accurate pricing.
