Community Horizons in Black River Falls, WI seeks a compassionate caregiver to provide in-home respite care and daily living support, including transfers with a Hoyer Lift and assistance with tube feeding, Trach/Ventilator care, and bowel management.

You will offer companionship and oversight during shifts that require quiet, one-on-one interaction with a client in their home, with full paid training provided and a flexible, supportive environment.

About the position

This member utilizes assistance from Community Horizons to find compassionate and dependable staff, in their home of Black River Falls, WI. Member uses respite care, partial tube feeding, Hoyer Lift for transfers, and an adaptive bowel system. If you are unfamiliar with any of this, full paid training is provided. If you enjoy quiet 1/1 time while providing a helping hand for comfortable daily living, look no further!

What you'll do

• Use Hoyer Lift to transfer
• Assist with tube feeding along with a regular diet
• Assist with Trach suction/Ventilator for respite care
• Use digital bowel system
• Companionship care/Oversight

Pay- from $16.32 to $27.88

Schedule- Every other Thursday-Sunday 3rd shift. PRN (as needed) open as well

Thursdays 6p - 7a

Friday and Saturdays 7p - 7a

Sundays 7p - 6a
