Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Hospitality Aide - Patient Sitter to support the Nursing Department and care for residents during night shifts. The role requires report changes in residents’ conditions, assist with daily activities, and ensure safety policies are followed.

This position is full-time and on-site at Copper Ridge Care Center. The ideal candidate will have at least an 8th grade education, basic computer skills, and solid communication abilities to interact with residents

Qualifications

• 8th grade education minimum.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; basic clerical tasks.
• Basic English language skills for communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Department and staff across shifts.
• Answer phones, assist residents and staff with errands.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain clean, labeled resident rooms and common areas.
• Transport residents to meals, activities, and outdoors as needed.
• Observe safety policies, handle call bells, and assist with basic care tasks.
