Job summary

Champaign Residential Services in Urbana, Ohio is seeking compassionate nurses for part-time overnight shifts to support residents with developmental disabilities. You will deliver nursing services based on each resident's plan, ensure safety and compliance with Medicaid/ DODD standards, and mentor staff to promote self-reliance.

Requirements include an Ohio RN or LPN license, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of adult care experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current License for Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Must possess acceptable BMV record and background screenings.
• At least one year of experience in caring for adults preferred.
• Professional liability insurance is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing services to residents based on each resident's medical needs and Individual Plan.
• Ensure that CRSI's ICFs operate under current standards and regulations (Medicaid, Ohio DODD, County DODD).
• Use mentoring/coaching skills to teach people self-reliance.
• Support residents' safety and staff training to uphold standards.
