Job summary
Silvercrest of Urbana in Urbana, Ohio is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and registered nurses (RNs) to join our long-term care team. Provide compassionate, resident-centered care and collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- Current Ohio LPN or RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with nursing assistants and other departments to ensure exceptional care.
