Job summary

Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA) is hiring an Overnight Parking Lot Sweeper (Non-CDL) – Full-Time for the Annapolis Junction area. Location: 10958 Guilford Rd, MD 20701. Compensation is $16-$17 per hour with a first pay increase at 6 months.

Travel is minimal (1–10%). You will operate a parking lot sweeper, perform safety inspections, and ensure parking areas are clean and well-maintained. Responsibilities include route prep, on-time execution, reporting issues, and maintaining professional

• Must be able to perform safety inspections and follow company procedures.
• Ability to operate a parking lot sweeper and follow site rules.
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Safety & inspection of equipment before/after trips.
• Follow routes, complete jobs on time with quality and attention to detail.
• Operate equipment safely and in accordance with traffic laws.
• Handle materials safely and follow disposal procedures.
• Report equipment issues or injuries promptly to management.
• Maintain logs and required documentation.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability.
