Description

Budget is looking for someone to work several part-time or full-time parking lot cashiers to work at the Airport in Omaha. The position will be inspecting vehicles, and checking customers in/out from the parking garage. Full-time positions offer benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401K matching, PTO, and sick time.

Address customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.

Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions

Monitor traffic control

Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage

Report damages to on-duty supervisor

Scan returning vehicles back into system

Provide computerized receipt to customer

Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.

Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

1 year of customer service experience

Professional communication skills

Problem resolution experience

Minimum age of 21

Valid driver's license

Clean driving record
