We have built a strong and dedicated team since opening in 2016. Many of our employees have been with us for years because they enjoy working with dogs and being part of a collaborative team environment.
Success at DOGMA requires more than simply being a dog person. Overnight Pack Leaders must work effectively with teammates, managers, and clients while maintaining professionalism and accountability. Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork are essential qualities for this role.
In addition to hourly compensation, DOGMA offers a commission program available to qualifying employees.
On‑call shifts are designed to provide operational support when staffing adjustments are needed and may not always require reporting to work. Employees assigned to on‑call shifts must remain available and reachable during the designated period.
