Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking an Oven Operator for the 3rd shift to run multi-oven lines safely and efficiently. This role focuses on meeting production targets while upholding quality and process standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring alarms, recording readings, performing safe startups/shutdowns, and adjusting parameters based on lab feedback to maintain product specifications. The position offers full-time hours and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask on fast-paced lines.
• Basic math and measurement skills are required.
• Solid reading comprehension of production orders and specs.

Responsibilities

• Operate oven lines to meet production targets using displays, gauges, and checklists.
• Monitor alarms and respond promptly to issues.
• Record temperatures and times on process sheets and report irregularities.
• Perform safe startup, emergency stop, and restart procedures after power events.
• Adjust parameters based on lab feedback to maintain specs.
• Manage salt tray checks and refills, and notify packing supervisor when bins need replacement.
• Maintain oven area cleanliness and sanitize during shutdowns.
• Support plant shutdowns with cleaning duties and overhead tasks.
