Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Brewster, NY is hiring a Warehouse Order Selector for the overnight shift. You will accurately select products using a voice-activated system and operate electric pallet jacks, labeling and palletizing to food-safety standards.

The role requires warehouse experience, basic math and reading/writing in English, ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on your feet all shift, plus teamwork and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience and equipment operation preferred.
• Basic math and English reading/writing skills required.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs) and work on your feet throughout shift.
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, and stack product up to 72 inches.
• Must be a team player, fast-paced, organized, and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select products using a voice-activated order system.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and other powered equipment safely.
• Label, stack, and palletize products per company and food safety standards.
• Transport completed pallets to the loading dock efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces.
• Follow all safety and warehouse protocols, and attend team meetings.
