Job summary

Sittercity is seeking an experienced overnight newborn nanny in Chicago for a 4-week-old baby. Start around Nov. 1, with care 2 nights per week ( Sundays and Wednesdays) from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Duties include bottle feeding, burping, diaper changes, soothing the baby back to sleep, and washing/prepping bottles. Infant CPR certification, recent newborn references, non-smoking, and comfort with pets are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for newborns, especially under 3 months.
• Infant CPR certification and recent newborn references.
• Non-smoker and comfortable with pets.

Responsibilities

• Bottle feeding and burping during overnight shifts.
• Diaper changes and soothing the baby back to sleep.
• Wash and prep bottles as needed.
• Ensure safe sleep and infant safety practices.
