Responsibilities

• Provide attentive overnight newborn care throughout each shift
• Respond to waking, feeding, diapering, and soothing needs
• Support breastfeeding by assisting with overnight feeds and positioning
• Prepare expressed breast milk or formula when requested by parents
• Swaddle, soothe, and settle the baby using safe sleep practices
• Maintain a safe newborn sleep environment and track overnight information
