Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional newborn care experience.
• Overnight newborn care experience required.
• Newborn-specific training preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safe sleep, feeding, soothing.
• Reliable, consistent, calm and confident.
• Ability to commit to 2–3 nights per week for 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight newborn care, bottle preparation and cleaning, diapering, soothing, and safe sleep environment.
• Support overnight feeding routines and establish sleep patterns for the newborn.
• Care for the baby independently overnight to allow parents to rest.
• Provide clear updates to parents on feedings, sleep and diapering.
