Job summary

Bass Pro Shops Overnight Task Team Outfitter is responsible for keeping store operations running smoothly during overnight hours. You focus on non-selling tasks to free Sales Outfitters for customer service and selling opportunities.

Core duties include replenishment, price changes, and replenishment accuracy across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, and apparel departments. This role requires the ability to work overnight shifts and to collaborate with store leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock across departments including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts.
• Assist inventory management with on-demand counts, peg scanning, display integrity checks, and related tasks.
• Execute price changes, tagging, signage, and inventory adjustments.
• Perform recovery tasks: folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging.
• Support visual merchandising: fixture replacement, signage updates, end caps, and floor moves.
• Assist planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak times.
