Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs.
• Assists management with supervising associates and assigning duties.
• Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise and maintains the sales floor.
• Maintains facility safety and follows forklift and hazardous materials procedures.
• Ensures merchandise presentation, pricing, and signage follow company policies.
• Leads teams, coordinates work, and supports change initiatives.
• Oversees club pick up order staging and product recalls as needed.
