Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Care Associate for Memory Care in Stuart, FL. This full-time role (11pm-7am) provides compassionate support to residents, assisting with daily living activities and facilitating meaningful engagement within the memory care neighborhood.

You will help with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility, while maintaining a positive, respectful demeanor and responding to concerns promptly. A CNA/CHHA license may be required depending on state.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors with dementia preferred.
• English proficiency to perform duties and respond to emergencies.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word required.

Responsibilities

• Provide kind, caring companionship to Memory Care residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living to promote independence.
• Lead one-on-one and group activities for residents.
