Qualifications

• Caring for memory care and dementia patients in home settings.
• Ability to perform personal care and ADLs with accuracy.
• Excellent communication with clients, families and team.
• Registered Home Care Aide in the State of California.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities.
• Assist with feeding and light meal preparation.
• Engage client to promote activity and well-being.
• Take notes and communicate updates to family and care team.
• Maintain client safety and comfort in the home.
