Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) in Fort Collins is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to be the face of our clubs. You will greet members, check in guests, assist with club software, answer calls, and communicate events to the community.

The role focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere, handling member requests, selling retail, scheduling services, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service settings.
• Ability to greet and assist members and guests.
• Familiarity with club facilities and schedules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Check in all members and guests per procedures.
• Facilitate messages on club software at check-in.
• Answer phones in a courteous, professional manner.
• Communicate upcoming events to members and guests.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all.
• Handle member requests or escalate to a manager.
• Sell retail products to members.
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning, hydro-massage).
• Process payments for member services per procedures.
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in projects as delegated by club management.
• Follow policies in the Team Member Handbook.

The Member Services Representative (MSR) is the first and last interaction our members have at our facilities so they are the face of our operation! The MSR handles all preliminary guest questions and concerns and works to maintain a fun and supportive atmosphere for our members.

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Always maintain professional disposition
• Sell retail products
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures

Requirements

• Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification
• Experience working with children

• Stand, bend and squat with frequency
• Climb and hang decorations when needed
