Ideal candidates for the Overnight Member Services Representative position should possess:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Greet members and guests confidently, energetically, and professionally as they enter and exit the club.
2. Anticipate and respond promptly to members’ and guests’ needs with efficient customer service, maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
3. Answer phones promptly and courteously, providing knowledgeable and accurate information.
4. Use strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns, ensuring positive experiences.
5. Conduct prospective member calls and tours, assessing their membership needs.
6. Execute retail transactions accurately and contribute to sales goals.
7. Regularly clean and sanitize the club and equipment, up to 50% of the shift.
8. Answer questions regarding business procedures and policies in a customer-friendly manner.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications:

• Superior customer service skills, with 6-12 months of face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
• Self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision.
• Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to become CPR/AED certified prior to employment and maintain certification.

Physical Demands:

• Standing and walking throughout the club during shift.
• Ability to work overnight (3rd shift) alone.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Encounter chemicals during shift.
• Frequent cleaning and sanitizing.
• Bending, twisting, reaching as required.
