Fitness Ventures LLC operates Crunch Fitness clubs and is seeking an Overnight Member Services Representative to welcome members and guests and deliver exceptional service. The MSR will check in members, relay announcements, process payments for amenities, assist with front desk operations, and support retail and events while maintaining a clean, professional club environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• CPR certification required or ability to obtain certification within a designated timeframe.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all members and guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and important announcements to members and guests.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services to members and guests.
• Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Maintain an accurate understanding of club programs, services, operating hours, and schedules.
• Support daily front desk operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and supportive workplace culture.
