Job summary

Absolute Recomp is seeking an Overnight Experience Representative to join our team. You will provide exceptional customer service and ensure the safety and security of our facility during overnight hours.

You will greet members, assist with inquiries, handle check-ins, and maintain cleanliness while remaining prepared to respond to emergencies. This role requires independence, strong communication, and the ability to work overnight shifts at our North Richland Hills facility.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with basic software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure the facility during overnight hours.
• Greet and assist members with inquiries or concerns.
