Qualifications

• At least 3 months experience administering medicine in a professional setting.
• Medical Administration Experience Required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain security and accountability for medications during shift.
• Inventory controlled substances and provide accurate reconciliation.
• Review medication administration record for errors.
• Ensure safe and secure medication administration.
• Weekly verify residents self-administering medications.
• Assist with medication book reviews.
• Complete medication error forms and notify supervisor.
• Responsible for medication reorders.
• Weekly review medication sheets and verify capabilities.
• Perform basic caregiving activities.
