Job summary

NeuLife Rehabilitation of Michigan is seeking a Midnight Medical Coordinator to provide overnight support to clinical operations across multiple locations in the Metro Detroit area. This role involves maintaining medical equipment, overseeing supplies, and assisting with person served care coordination.

The ideal candidate holds a CNA certification, has experience with CPAP and other equipment, and can travel between locations with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• CNA required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with CPAP, wheelchairs, transfer belts and Hoyer lifts; PCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Metro Detroit locations to perform duties.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment (CPAP, wheelchairs, Hoyer lift).
• Clean and sanitize equipment per protocols.
• Review prescriptions/scripts and distribute them promptly.
• Educate staff on wedge use and identify appropriate person served.
• Monitor and reorder medical supply inventory to maintain stock.
• Verify appointments and assist with scheduling as needed.
• Maintain person served care documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure safety standards.
• Maintain records of equipment maintenance and distribution.
