Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of medical equipment operation and maintenance (CPAP, wheelchairs, transfer belt, Hoyer lift).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; reliable for travel between Detroit locations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight support to clinical operations across multiple locations in Metro Detroit.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment and devices (CPAP, wheelchairs, transfer belt, Hoyer lift).
• Clean and sanitize equipment per protocols; review prescriptions and distribute as needed.
• Manage medical supply inventory and reorder to maintain stock levels.
• Assist with scheduling and organizing person served care documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure safety and quality standards.
