MedSpeed is hiring an Overnight Box Truck Medical Driver in Columbus, OH. The role involves driving a 26-foot box truck on a fixed overnight schedule (Mon-Fri, 9:30 PM–6:00 AM). A valid DOT Medical Certification is required or must be obtained, plus a drug screen.

This position offers full-time hours and a pathway to growth within a healthcare logistics team. Our team moves vital medical supplies and specimens nationwide, emphasizing safety, integrity, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving history.
• DOT medical certification or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, sterile processing instrumentation, healthcare linens and related material.
• Drive a non-CDL Commercial Motor Vehicle (i.e., straight truck) throughout the shift on various roads and in varying weather conditions.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to accurately track items through the transportation cycle.
• Strictly observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public through appearance and interaction.
