Job summary

Juniper Communities is seeking care aides to join our dedicated team in providing compassionate resident care within a senior living setting. Roles include assisting with medication administration, daily living activities, and monitoring residents' wellbeing.

We offer daily pay options, a $1000 sign-on bonus for certified Med Techs hired in a defined window, and an overnight shift differential. Full-time, part-time or PRN shifts are available with weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medication Tech Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, transportation, appointments, dining, Juniper programs).
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other team members, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
