Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a Mechanical Reduction Operator for the 3rd shift in Greenville, NC. The role involves operating processing equipment, preparing materials, and maintaining a safe production area. A high school diploma or GED is required, with manufacturing experience preferred.

Forklift experience is a plus, and overnight availability is expected. The position is full-time and onsite with benefits and potential overtime.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial experience preferred.
• Forklift or machine operating experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete basic production documentation.
• Dependable and comfortable working an overnight schedule.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Reliable transportation to our Greenville facility.

Responsabilidades

• Operate equipment such as ball mills, blenders, crushers, de-caners, and drum tilters.
• Use a forklift to safely move and weigh materials.
• Prepare and process materials according to established procedures.
• Verify material information and complete production documentation accurately.
• Identify and report material, weight, labeling, or equipment concerns.
• Clean equipment and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Work with your team to keep overnight production running safely and efficiently.
