At Wegmans, our overnight teams play an integral role in supporting the daytime operations teams and ensuring they are set up for success. As an Overnight Management Trainee, you will participate in a 1-2 year accelerated training program, working hands-on with products, customers, and team members to develop leadership skills. You will learn about Wegmans' values, business measures, standards, and operations with the goal of becoming a successful Overnight Department Manager upon completing this program. What will I do?

1. Acquire skills, knowledge, and experience to manage overnight operations through program modules, seminars, and meetings with trainers and coaches.
2. Work hands-on with products, customers, and team members to learn effective department management.
3. Enhance skills in leadership, team building, product merchandising, sales, and profit management.
4. Partner with the Overnight Department Manager, trainer, and coach for feedback and professional growth.

Required Qualifications:

• One or more years of supervisory or related experience, or recent college graduate.
