Job summary

Hyatt Regency Morristown is seeking a Department Head/Manager in Hotel Operations for overnight coverage in Morristown, NJ. This full-time role involves assisting in overseeing any hotel operations during the Overnight shift, potentially guiding front office staff, guest services, housekeeping and laundry as needed.

The position requires a true customer-service orientation, refined communication skills, and at least one year of front office supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations during the overnight shift.
• Coordinate front office, guest services, housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations consistent with Hyatt standards.
