Job summary

McDonald’s in Portland, OR is seeking a Closing Shift Manager to lead shift planning, monitor performance, and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards during closing operations.

Responsibilities

• Closing the restaurant in the evening and ensuring all tasks are completed.
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Planning for each shift and guiding team performance.
• Overseeing food safety and quality production.
• Managing crew and daily maintenance tasks.
• Maintaining internal communications within the team.
• Ensuring customer service standards are met.
• Inventory management and end-of-day checks.
• Training and mentoring staff as needed.
