Chatham Bars Inn, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property on Cape Cod, seeks an Overnight Manager to lead front office and night audit operations. You will audit daily guest ledgers, ensure safety standards, and act as Manager-on-Duty during overnight hours.

Responsibilities include coaching front office staff, resolving guest issues, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining Forbes/Leading Quality Assurance/AAA standards while delivering exceptional service.

The overnight manager is the Manager on Duty during the overnight hours and provides leadership and supports all members of the front office and resort and keeps to the Chatham Bars Inn Standards which include Forbes, Leading Quality Assurance, and AAA.Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the front office and ensuring they adhere to the standards of excellence and to the guidelines set forth in the employee handbook, hotel policies and procedures, coaching, training, and correcting where needed.Maintain professional and high-quality service-oriented environment at all timesAct as Manager-on-Duty for the hotel assisting guests, solving problems, acting on complaints and disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may ariseManage the night shift in the department ensuring all employees perform the tasks assigned to them and coordinate front office activities with other departmentsInformal overnight staff of nightly activities, group and VIP arrivals as well as special requests and repeat guestsRun varies reports for the accounting departmentComplete and input with accuracy all night audit reportsMake room reservations and provide information and services to guestsEnsure that the Chatham Bars Inn standards, to include, Forbes, Leading Quality Assurance, and AAA, policies, procedures are properly understood and followedPresent a professional appearanceWork closely with the resort’s departmentsBe aware of and be able to enforce all fire, life, and safety proceduresPerform any reasonable duties as required by the Front of House Manager and Director of RoomsWhat are we looking for?Requirements:Minimum of 1 year management experienceValid driver’s licensePrevious night auditor experience preferredSuperior customer service skillsDemonstrated leadership skillsAbility to understand and carry out instructionsAbility to multi-taskExperience in Opera systems preferredStrong attention to detail and organizationBasic math and accounting skills necessaryExcellent computer skillsAbility to work independentlyAbility to work overnight hours, weekends, holidaysCompensation:$35.00 hr-$35.00 hrPyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
