Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing, repairing, installing, and modifying equipment to maintain optimal operations.

Shift Availability:

+ 7p - 7a on a 2-2-3 schedule with a $2 shift differential

What you’ll do…
  • Install, diagnose, analyze, maintain, modify, repair, and/or rebuild a variety of plant and facility equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure machines run smoothly and efficiently
  • Assist production personnel with change-over and set-ups
  • Dismantle defective machines and equipment for repairs or installation of new parts
What you’ll need...
Level 1 candidates must bring:
  • One (1) year experience performing routine maintenance or equivalent training
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a powered industrial truck (PIT) license
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints, manuals, and schematics (preferred)
Level 2 candidates must bring:
  • Three (3) years’ experience in preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair
  • Knowledge of hand-tools and power-tools
  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, gauges
  • Blueprint reading proficiency
  • Experience with test equipment/software and automated controls
  • Ability to operate PIT, hoists, cranes, and maintain certification
Level 3 candidates must bring:
  • Five (5) years’ experience in maintenance and repair
  • Knowledge of lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), electrical troubleshooting
  • Advanced troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Experience with MS Office and test equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in paper converting, chemical/plastics processing, or packaging
  • Vocational, Technical, or Associate Degree in relevant fields
  • Experience with electrical and mechanical trades such as HVAC, PLC, CNC
