McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a full-time Machine Operator for 2nd/3rd/12 Hour Overnight Shifts at Hunt Valley, MD. The role involves moving raw, packaging, and finished goods using mechanical and manual means under supervision, with flexible shift schedules to support operations.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance, basic math skills, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to move up to 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse team environment.
• Experience reading and navigating computerized data collection systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make product changeovers.
• Perform packaging size changes, minor repairs and adjustments on equipment.
• Operate, process, fill and package materials on production line equipment.
• Perform consistent quality inspection of products.
• Pack and palletize finished goods safely.
• Accurately complete related paperwork and use inventory systems.
