Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) seeks a personable Valet/Concierge for a luxury residential community. You will greet residents and guests, provide valet services, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

The role requires professional appearance, discretion, and top-tier customer service. This is a full-time overnight position, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with background screening and drug testing per policy.

Qualifications

• Experience in valet, hospitality, luxury residential, hotel, or customer-facing roles.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pre-employment background screening and drug testing required.
• Professional communication, courteous demeanor, and neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Provide valet services, including parking and retrieving vehicles.
• Verify visitor authorization and direct individuals to building areas.
• Answer calls with professional etiquette and relay messages promptly.
• Coordinate and manage deliveries per property procedures.
• Maintain security and access logs.
• Safeguard keys and access items issued during shifts.
• Monitor lobby and entry spaces for safety and cleanliness.
• Follow building safety procedures and report incidents.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uniform.
• Build positive relationships with residents, guests, vendors, and teammates.
