Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a personable Valet/Concierge for our luxury residential community near Turtle Creek Park. This full-time overnight role runs Monday–Friday 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, delivering high-level resident and guest service, parking vehicles safely, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

As one of the first impressions of the property, you will verify visitors, handle deliveries, log security details, and maintain a professional appearance and discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience in valet, hospitality, or front-desk roles preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Professional communication, both in person and on the phone.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Provide valet services including parking and retrieval.
• Verify visitor authorization and direct to appropriate areas.
• Answer calls with professional etiquette and relay messages.
• Coordinate and manage deliveries per property procedures.
• Maintain security, service, and access logs.
• Safeguard keys and access items issued during shifts.
• Monitor lobby and common spaces for safety and order.
• Follow building safety and emergency procedures and report concerns.
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear the uniform.
• Build positive relationships with residents, guests, vendors and team members.
