Job summary

Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Pennsylvania seeks an Overnight Shuttle Driver to provide safe, professional transportation for guests across the property, upholding luxury hospitality standards in every interaction.

You will greet guests, share information about resort amenities, perform pre-shift inspections, maintain clean vehicles, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure seamless shuttle service around the resort and select off-property destinations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, timely transportation for guests around the resort and off-property destinations.
• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized service during each ride.
• Share information about resort amenities, dining, activities, events, and services.
• Review the daily transportation logbook and event schedule.
• Perform preshift vehicle inspections and report any concerns.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with guest room deliveries as assigned.
• Dispatch shuttle drivers and serve as dispatcher when needed.
• Maintain clear radio communication with dispatcher and drivers.
• Maintain continuous shuttle service on an established loop.
• Liaise between guests and resort leadership, communicating needs professionally.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
