• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Set station(s) with prep as needed per prep list
• Maintain kitchen sanitation following Texas guidelines
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers
• Keep station clean and stocked for next shift
• Store food at correct temperatures and manage inventory
• Cook according to recipes and quality standards
