Serenity Hospice Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 7PM–8AM 1:1 care shift in New Jersey. The role requires an active NJ LPN license, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance.

Responsibilities include patient care, daily living support, and adhering to care plans while documenting medical information and collaborating with the care team. Interstate communication with families is essential to ensure comfort and quality care.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in New Jersey (NJ) is required.
• Hospice experience is a plus.
• Driver's license with auto insurance and reliable transportation.

Serenity Hospice Careis looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team in New Jersey. This individual will be responsible for care & services to patients as needed. Candidates must hold a valid LPN License in the state of New Jersey in order to be considered.

This position will be 7PM to 8AM and will be 1:1 for patients.

Requirements:
