Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Tucson is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide private duty, 1:1 care to geriatric or pediatric clients. You will travel to clients’ homes, document orders, and monitor conditions with autonomy in the home.

We offer flexible schedules (4–12 hour shifts), starting pay $31 per hour, and benefits such as weekly pay, EAP, and scholarship opportunities. PRN and full-time options available in the Tucson area.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and LPN license in good standing.
• One year of LPN experience preferred.
• Trach care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide hands-on care with autonomy in the home.
