Job summary

Trinity Community at Fairborn, operated by United Church Homes, is hiring a Staff Nurse (LPN) for the 6pm-6am shift with no weekend work. You will coordinate care for about 25 residents, administer medications, monitor treatments, and participate in the care planning process under physician orders and facility policies.

The role requires an Ohio LPN license, CPR certification, and at least basic nursing experience; IV therapy is included if certified.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Ohio is required or eligible.
• CPR certification is required.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred, in long-term care if possible.
• IVs permitted if certified.
• Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver care for approximately 25 residents.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing protocols.
• Perform resident assessments and contribute to care planning and evaluations.
• Document responses to treatments and changes in condition.
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers and coordinate with other departments.
