Job summary

Complete Care - Wisconsin is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our overnight clinical leadership team. The LPN will lead overnight clinical routines, ensure resident safety, and manage medication workflows in a modern skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

The role emphasizes bedside leadership, accurate EMR documentation, and collaboration with physicians and RNs. A Wisconsin LPN license and BLS/CPR are required, with opportunities for career growth into RN or unit

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Wisconsin (or multi-state equivalent).
• BLS/CPR certification required upon hire.
• Ability to work independently with strong diagnostic judgment and compassionate care.
• Experience with EMR systems (PointClickCare) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overnight medication administration and treatments per orders and care plans.
• Night-time resident rounds, monitoring vitals and comfort, reporting changes.
• Maintain real-time EMR documentation of observations and interventions.
• Transcribe orders and coordinate morning medication deliveries with pharmacy.
• Supervise CNAs and maintain a calm, safe overnight unit.
