Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Aurora, CO is seeking dedicated LPNs for our detox and residential facility. You will conduct initial medical assessments and perform overnight nursing duties, coordinating with medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements include CO LPN licensure, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year in a treatment setting. We offer competitive hourly pay, generous PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive medical assessment for each client at admission.
• Perform nursing shift duties: screenings, vitals, scheduling labs and appointments.
• Address pharmacy needs; dispense meds and maintain med logs.
• Collaborate with medical, clinical and UR teams to coordinate care.
• Ensure meticulous medical documentation and medication logging for each client.
